Horrible treatment. I called in because I have a urinary tract infection. I spoke with a nurse named Angela who was the most unprofessional human being I have ever spoken to. She was condescending, rude, arrogant and treated me like a moron. I attempted to request she stop being so rude and I asked for a call back from the doctor and she dismisses me. I eventually hung up after minutes of her screeching session. Why have this doctor if you get treated like a piece of garbage when trying to request an antibiotic. I don't have a car which I explained and got " it's not allowed to give an antibiotic prescription over the phone". They obviously want me to go in office for the money and they don't care about pain or personal circumstance. So in recap I got yelled at by "nurse" Angela just because I couldn't commute to the office and I'm in so much pain I'll have to go to the emergency room. She told me "I'll have to go to my primary or a walk in clinic". What's the point of having a doctor that i can't see if im in pain? Dont bother with this doctor. The wait time in office is always over an hour and the staff is rude and disrespectful. Nobody deserves to be treated that way when they are sick. No doctor should recommend another facility when they can address a non urgent issue. No patient deserves to be berated for seeking care and embarrassed because they dare to question the nurse. This is an inhumane practice and they do not care about thier patients.
