No, the service is not as polished as you will find in other places but its not what this place is about. It's not polished or refined but the food is fabulous and the portions generous. Prices are more than fair as well. So push through the crowd, find your OWN seat.. grab a waitress's attention as she rushes by, and order yourself a great meal. Trust me its more than worth the effort here!
