Petraco Douglas M MD at 74 Commerce Drive #4, Riverhead, New York.

I have had 2 successful surgeries with Dr. Chen . However this year I cam in with a great amount of pain in my lower back where I ended up in the ER room for the pain...I are an appt. with Dr. Chen because I couldn't get an appt with Dr. Frankenburger for over 2 months. I like Dr. Chen very much, but felt as if he didn't take me seriously. And he passed me off to Dr Frankenberger . After waiting 2 months for the appointment, and months of excruciating pain, I spoke with her PA. Who was very empathetic ..However, when Dr. Frankenberger cam in she was cold and I compassionate . She really didn't listen to me and obviously decided what my treatment was before she came in the office (as the injection needle and med were put out before she even talked with me). Whatever she injected into me had little to no effect on my pain, my perscriptions weren't sent in, my PT script wasn't given to me as a report on her treatment was not given to me or even a receipt. I still have not heard about my MRI and my insurance co usually responds immediately. Basically, I feel that neither Dr. Has taken my pain and physical injury seriously. Very disappointed
